We love our first timers at Motion.

Here is what to expect on your first visit with us!

ARRIVE

15 MINUTES EARLY

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by

one of our friendly Motion Team Members!

Motion classes are a unique combination of

fitness and entertainment

so we ask our first-time members to arrive

15 minutes before class begins for a

short introduction!

SHOW YOU AROUND

During your short introduction with one of our Motion Team Members, we will show you where to hang out before class, the locker room, and the workout space. Don't be freaked out if a few of our members introduce themselves. We happily welcome newbies.

UPPER

BODY

Start your week off right with Motion’s Chest & Back workout! This class is
perfect for those who:


■ Want to shape and tone their upper body, whether it is for that
summer beach body or that special event where you need that
outfit to fit just right.


■ Improve your posture (we all know we need help with that).

LEGS

& BOOTY

Our most popular class!

Our leg & booty day is specifically designed to your needs.
You want to strengthen your legs because you focus too much on upper
body? We got you!
You need to lose a little weight in the lower half to fit in those pants you
love? Look no further!
You will leave this class with the confidence that you can achieve any goal
you set, while having fun doing it!

BICEPS

TRICEPS & SHOULDERS

Our upper body day is a perfect balancing workout to the leg day.
In this class we focus on toning and strengthening your shoulders, biceps,
and triceps, while adding cardio into the mix.

CORE

& HIIT

An amazing circuit-style workout where we focus specifically on your abs
and cardio.


This class is for those:


■ Who want a flatter and toned stomach
■ Who want to get their heart rate up with cardio challenges.

This is great for weight loss and overall body composition.

ATHLETIC

CONDITIONING

Train like a Pro-Athlete!
This is our trainers favorite day to teach!
Why? Because this is an all-out, full body, “athletic” style workout.
In this 50 minutes, you will be pushed to your limits and realize you can
achieve anything you put your mind to!
An amazing and fun workout to get ready for the weekend!

TOTAL BODY

CONDITIONING

Start your weekend off right with our Saturday morning Full Body workout.
This workout combines all the body parts into one. Expect a full house for
this workout of anywhere from 40-60 people per class! Amazing energy
from our Saturday morning crew!

RESET

SUNDAYS

Did someone say Namaste!? Sunday Reset is all about getting ready for
the week ahead. This class is a 30 minute circuit style workout followed by
a 20 minute stretch session. Perfect for beginners, or anyone looking to
improve their flexibility and recovery.
