The right music will help you when you feel like you can’t take that extra rep or run those last 15 seconds on the treadmill. Our trainers are taught through hours and hours how to put together the best "movement meets music" playlists. Most times playlists are created brand new for each class! If you find yourself dancing while doing a bicep curl, then you know you’re hooked!
